Every member company pledges to abide by a strict code of ethics, standards and procedures. National proudly supports their efforts. Dick Loehr is Chairman and owner of the National Companies. In 1996 Dick began developing a company to provide benefits and services. In 1997, he provided his benefits package to a small direct selling company that began business in 1992. Over the next 2 years, Dick and his leadership team continued to enhance the benefits and services provided in the package. In 1999, Dick purchased the marketing plan and associate group from that direct selling company. Dick then focused on restructuring the company, relocating the corporate office and developing field committees. In 2001, Dick redesigned the company name, logo and brand. The new name, National Companies Inc. truly fit the ever growing benefits package. The field was then referred to as Team National because of Dick’s belief in working together as a Team. Dick’s skilled leadership and business knowledge is the driving force behind National’s terrific growth over the years. In 1999, total product and benefit package sales were approximately 8 million dollars. In just 5 years, the 2004 total product and benefit package sales reached 70 million dollars. In 2005 the company had a record year and reached 100 million dollars in product and benefit package sales. The growth has been terrific. National expects to have a 25% increase in total sales in 2006.
